TRIBE DANCE COLLECTIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Students and class numbers

Class numbers are a minimum of 5, and a maximum of 20 to ensure we are delivering content and technique properly.

Dance terms and tuition fee conditions.

Our dance terms will typically start at the beginning of the primary school terms, depending on public holidays, which are included in the fee structure. A normal, all inclusive dance term is anywhere between 8-10 weeks in duration. Term fees cover a term that can be 7-9 weeks in duration. No refunds will be offered for classes unattended, other than a class being cancelled due to teacher unavailability. This includes sickness, and Change of Mind. A make up class will be offered if the minimum number of weeks is not met. (7)

Term fees are required to be PAID IN FULL at the commencement of WEEK 2 of term. Part payments of tuition fees are, and always will be welcome. New students will have their first class charge deducted from the first invoice. Any unpaid fees will result in your dancer being turned away from class, and a retrieval of fees process will follow. This can include additional administrative fees. Refunds will not be offered for workshops, exam fees, costuming, or photography. We do accept instalment plans, and are happy to arrange this if required. Please reach out to discuss if you wish to have this as an option.
